Clinician-led training
Our clinicians have years of experience of working in the public sector, with culture change and with mental well-being. They have been successfully putting this into practice developing the FrontlineBuddy training programme within one of the largest Acute Health Trusts in the NHS.

We also use our analytics to help Buddies know that they are progressing through their training so we can support them on their journey.

We have influenced more than 1500 significant supportive conversations within two years at one NHS FT.

We have trained over 150 staff and refined the training to support people working across teams and departments. We provide weekly sessions to maintain practice and people’s engagement.
